Clinical Services

Hannah Smith, MA LMHC CGP is a trained and experienced therapist with specialties in the treatment of trauma, OCD, complex anxiety. She works with both individuals and groups.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

**NOT TAKING NEW INDIVIDUAL CLINICAL CLIENTS AT THIS TIME**

** GROUP THERAPY CLIENTS ONLY BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME**

Hannah realizes taking steps toward change can be daunting. With the speed of life and all our various responsibilities, the idea of working on ourselves often takes a backseat.

Utilizing a highly structured, "pain relief" model that is clinical but non-pathologizing (i.e. you are not seen as a "problem to solve" but as a "human with greater potentials to reach), Hannah works with individuals to educate them on their brains and bodies and to equip them with understanding and skills to manage thoughts and emotions.

**Located in Mount Vernon, Washington, Hannah is licensed to provide treatment in the state of Washington only. People living outside the state may benefit from Coaching Services.

Insurances currently accepted (for Individual Services Only): Aetna, Cigna, Primera, Regence, UHC

GROUP SERVICES

Group services are not covered by insurance. However, there are package and referral deals, and superbills (A document you can give to your insurance company for potential reimbursement) available. There are also options for payment plans. Potential Finders Network, LLC strives to keep costs manageable.

GRIEF SESSIONS (2-HOUR & WEEKEND SEMNINAR) - **Currently Accepting New Clients on Waitlist for Future Session Dates**

Grief affects us all - however, our society often makes the journey down this all-too-common road far more lonely, treacherous, and even shaming than it needs to be.

Most of us have heard of have heard of the stages or tasks of grief, but few have been taught about the different types of grief, ways of grieving, and the benefit of grief. The result is increased pain, isolation, and confusion.

Potential Finders Network periodically (generally quarterly) runs short, 2-hour "Understanding Grief" sessions (Generally on Thursdays or Fridays, 5:30 - 7:30 pm) and Friday evening (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)/Saturday (9:30 am - 2:30 pm) Seminars. At this time, they are held in Skagit County, but soon will be available in Whatcom county, as well. If you are interested in this group, please contact us. Once we have a minimal number of interested attendees, we will set a date.
